THE WORST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH WHEN THINGS DON'T WORK!!! We got a Mercedes ML unit and it has NEVER BEEN RIGHT. Called a consultant out to look at it and they said "NO FAULT FOUND" yet GPS barely works and WHEN you put it in reverse to drive there is a massive squeezing sound that comes out of my front speakers. After 3weeks trying to get a hold of them NO reply at all. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY if you want to waste your MONEY might as well burn would be better!
