been a customer for 26 yrs and i keep refering my friends and family wouldnt go any place else she is smart and knows the tax laws she must be doing something right for being open for 26years

some clients that are unhappy is cause your refund wasn't as high as you wanted don't blame a tax office for your neglect of going exempt for a half of year or trying to claim dependants that aren't yours i would recommend her to everyone

she has done my business returns for 17 years and knowledgeble in everything never had a bad experience she goes the extra mile to help you within the limits of the law she is great

have 100% trust in this office i drop the stuff off and i have never had any problems she the greatest on being current with the tax laws also had her cards out

ThE lady that owns this place is vary unprofessional. Her fees are considerably Higher than H&R Block. She put in the wrong bank account information that delayed my refund for an additional 8 wks and the whole time she kept telling me that I was being audited and the state didn't have the money to pay me I was extremely patient with this lady and always respectful.then when she received my return she called me with an attitude demanding an apology. ... hmm I nicely asked her why I owe her an apology?
