Great place to fix your microwave oven, commercial or residential. They do it all. They are fast, professional, reliable, affordable and honest. I have done business with them for over 15 years. JD Enciso.
Nice people, good service, good communication...the dying microwave wasn't worth the repair cost, but they were up front about costs, so I would definitely do business with them again.
This company did not show up when they were scheduled. They did not return our calls. When finally contacted, they lied about what the schedule day and time was. On the next day when they said they were scheduled, they never showed up and they never called. They did not respond to texts or phone calls the rest of the day. I would never use this company for any repliance repairs. Extremely unprofessional. How difficult is it to respond with a text saying yes we're coming or no we're not coming.
