Amazing service. Staff is great and the only company I use.
They assign people to work who have no idea what they are doing. They will come to your place and read the instructions, charge you for them reading, and then leave without doing the job. Getting them to come back is a huge ordeal, with crazy excuses about fabricated holidays in Germany and replacing your entire system rather than fixing your installation.
