I waited an hour and other patients were taken care of. It was humiliating and I finally had my husband pick me up. The receptionists paid no attention to me and all they talked about was their hair extensions. Such an unprofessional place to go for health care.
RecommendedI have used several rehab places over the years as I have had several orthopedic and joint issues. Advanced Rehab is the best rehab that I have used. I have used them 3 times (2 rotator cuff surgeries), and sent my wife and mother (who lives 45 miles away) there. Ehab and his staff are very attentive and work toward making you the best you can be. excellent customer service and the assistant were very knowledgeable of service rendered. Quiet and relaxing environment.
On March 9th I had a TKR in Gainesville and decided to do my initial recovery in Fernandina Beach at my sister's. She had previously used Advance Rehabilitation for a shoulder injury, so I decided to do my post-operative P/T with them. I can not say enough good things about the staff, the facility, and the care I received. My physical therapists at Advanced Rehab in Cedartown led me through recovery with compassion foremost and had the wisdom to reel me in when I was wild and pushed me exactly when I was ready. Such a fantastic group of people to work with!
