They did everything they could to help me. I used them before and that was good too. I may have to go back and I will choose them again.
I went to Advanced after a shoulder/bicep repair. I could not lift my arm six inches from my body. I was about to give up and just live with it. Liz kept telling me to trust the process, we will get you through this. Through her and the entire staff, I was able to make a great recovery. The entire staff was super supportive and super friendly. I recommend Advanced Rehab to everyone that wants to get back to an active lifestyle.
Very unhappy. The therapist was very nice. I give her 4 stars. Check in was bad! Shame on me for not checking things out in the first place. Two red flags. They don't accept cash! Big no no! Self check in! I will not comply! I refuse to do anyones job! I wasn't asked to do it! I was told to do it! No questions asked if I could work a computer or offered to show me what to do.
