I have purchased several units (condo using only window heating/air units) and had several cleaned and repaired. Always superb service. I highly recommend them as they not only do the job but stand behind the product. Mary is awesome and so is the whole team!
I have been a customer of the Service Department for several years. I initially contacted them for service on my PTACs. My residence has 4 PTACs. Working with Mary Costanzo and the team has been a wonderful experience. They have patiently worked with me to troubleshoot issues with older units which were on their last legs.
