There is nothing "Advanced" at Avanced Refrigeration except for the age of the customer service representatives. They request you pay with a check or if you use a creditcard there is 23% service charge. I needed an ac unit for my apartment. I called and was transferred to Barbara. I’ve been purchasing my ACs for my condo from them and they’re doing a great job. I talk to Eddy every time. She’s very knowledgeable and very helpful. She’s the one to go to. I had no idea what kind of AC I needed and she walked me thru every step of the way. And she followed up on the job. The installers were very friendly also and professional. Overall a very good and pleasant experience. I’d highly recommend them.

I purchased a new AC for my condo, and Eddy handled my order with excellent communication and friendliness. Unfortunately, the installation experience was disappointing. The installer, a Caucasian man in his 30s or 40s, was rude and appeared disinterested in my business, rushing through the job. I regret not getting his name. Overall, I can't recommend their services.

Terrible customer service. Purchased two brand new units for condo. One unit is defective and they refuse to service or swap. Paid a licensed electrician to come to unit to verify correct voltage and amperage and Advanced still refuted claims that unit is defective. Will not do business with them again, recommend you find somewhere else as well.

Not a place to work the bosses don’t care about there employees.I would much rather go to abt electronics in glenview way better place to buy appliances. Advance refrigeration over works there employees and under pay them not worth working there.
