Battery terminal melts..they assure you it's warranty then tell you 2 weeks later it's a loose connection..then tell you to go somewhere else..great customer experience

I had to post this, since once again we feel grateful to have gone with Advance Power. They installed our system approximately three years ago. The owner and staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially since I had no idea how to go about the whole process. The system has worked flawlessly ever since. Whenever the power goes out, which happens a lot, the system switches over to the battery so seamlessly, that we we're unaware that PG&E is down until we see that the neighborhood lights are out.
