It was great, the people was wonderful.
You walk in the door to the front desk and you are met by Kay, Nelly and Peggy. Busy checking in, managing billing/insurance companies, scheduling, etc., etc. Always friendly, welcoming and professional. THEY ARE PRICELESS.
If I could give no stars I would. My mother is going here for a shoulder and arm injury. They claim to be so full when they were unsure if her insurance would pay the whole time they did not bill her correct insurance. The therapist she is seeing (Richard) keeps her waiting and does not complete the proper service. He complains about her range of motion but when she tries to get appointments they are so busy. She recently went in for her appointment at 4:30 and didn’t get called back until 5:20. They put her on the machine f... read more
This facility is local and very reasonable to work with. The Therapists are very knowledgeable and have great patience with the patients. The front desk staff are so nice and are very helpful.
Went here years ago. Entire staff and place was super professional. The physical therapists had magic hands. Especially Mary!
