On my first visit I met with Dr. Mary. Who was very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I felt she understood my pain and suffering. I was like I know this is the place where I will be able to heal. The ladies at the front desk was nice as well. Daniel and Ryan are very nice young men. I pray that God will bless this place. Advanced physical therapy in valley stream was absolutely exceptional. The workers are always so pleasant and accommodating. Richard, my therapist, was a blessings. I’d recommend them to anyone.
At Advance the front desk was very welcoming. Always a plus! Michael did my evaluation and he took the time to understand my injury and explained everything clearly. He was very encouraging with what can be done so I could walk again. Vincent, my amazing PT, created a treatment plan that worked. There were huge improvements in my strength and mobility, every session felt purposeful, and I left feeling stronger and more confident. I highly recommend going to this location!
This place does not give good care at all! My first appointment, I waited over 30 minutes and had to leave before even being seen. Tried again, this time waited 10 minutes, but my therapist barely paid attention to me, left me waiting a long time in between each exercise and tried to end the session without even giving me any manual therapy or exercises to do at home. The staff at Advanced Physical Therapy are welcoming and courteous. Richard was my physical therapist and he was excellent. He helped me heal after my shoulder surgery. He was methodical and tracking my progress. I would prefer anyone to this place for structured healing.
