I visited the location 206 E. 79th St., Chicago, IL 60619 Gave a complaint on an employee by the name of Ericka from my understanding she has had several complaints and for her to still be allowed to work in this facility with customers that’s there for treatment is terrible. Employee was very rude and compassionate. No empathy at all was told she was redirected visits would be better and that definitely never happened.
