I was a walk in customer and the reception wasn’t as good as expected, I said the services i needed which was pedicure and eyebrows threading. Someone was called to attend me and yes I chose a colour for my toes which they didn’t have a variety. While the lady was attending my toes, I almost fell down several times cause all my feet were raised on a seat that was not stable and I kept complaining but she assumed me. I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. The technician was incredibly unprofessional, and not focused on the service. My nails were a disaster – they didn't even remotely resemble the reference picture I provided. The shaping was uneven, the polish was sloppy, and to top it off, the technician made multiple cuts around my cuticles. It was painful and looked awful. Not recommended. The lady at the front (not the one who answers the calls) was very unprofessional and didn’t know how to treat customers. The barber was also rough while cutting hair — he pushed my head too hard and wasn’t gentle at all. Very disappointing experience
Scammers!!! while making the appointment I was told that the price includes wash,cut and style and their website also says the same. But they did not wash my hair and on top they charged 15 dollars extra. Very dishonest people. They don't even clean after cutting ones hair, there was so much of hair everywhere on the floor. People just walk over the hair on the floor.
