Service was great. He was able to service my broken garage door (broken wires and bent track) the same day and when I asked about replacing the whole door he questioned why I'd want to replace something that's not broken. Honesty will make me a return customer when I'm ready to make that decision in the future.
My girlfriend’s garage door was in need of replacement and we kept putting it off. One day, the cable that attached the door to the spring broke on one side. This caused the door to twist and it bent the rails in the process. The door was not useable and we could not put off replacing it any longer. We called Advance and they quickly responded!
