I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. The electric drill was used extremely aggressively—so loud and harsh that it honestly sounded like it was chipping my natural nails. It was uncomfortable and concerning. She repeatedly went over my cuticles with the drill, cutting them far too much, which left them sore and irritated. Came here for false nail removal and it was done very poorly. The technician seemed to be confused on what to do and didnt do a proper job. She just kept filing the nail instead of simply soaking it off. Now i have residue left on my natural nail and it’s not completely off. Left me with the thinnest nail beds and left over gel.
I love this place , everyone here is really friendly , recommend people come here and enjoy the atmosphere here
