I have been getting my primary care services from this facility since 2022 I highly regard everyone at this facility the front desk is always very welcoming (Melissa, Melissa, Urma, and Alma to name a few) & the providers are exceptional! Dr. Sood has been our family doctor for almost 2 decades now, and we honestly feel so lucky to have him. He's caring, patient, and never makes you feel rushed — he actually takes the time to sit with you and listen. My parents are visiting from out of the country (not local residents), and both of them have diabetes along with a few other age-related health issues, so I took them in to see Dr. Sood. Very disappointed with the lack of caring for the patient. I had an appointment to see the doctor for a follow up after my blood labs. I was put in an exam room and told to wait for doctor. I waited alone from over 45 minutes until I couldn't stand it anymore. I walked to outer office and told them I was tired of waiting and I was leaving. They didn't say anything and I just left. I have made an appointment with a new doctor.
Dr. Sood is a great doctor. He is very thorough and takes time in understanding issue and recommends appropriate treatment, tests. Wendy and all the staff members were good. Dr. Sonia Abraham is also a great doctor.
