Dr. Sood has been our family doctor for almost 2 decades now, and we honestly feel so lucky to have him. He's caring, patient, and never makes you feel rushed — he actually takes the time to sit with you and listen. My parents are visiting from out of the country (not local residents), and both of them have diabetes along with a few other age-related health issues, so I took them in to see Dr. Sood. Very disappointed with the lack of caring for the patient. I had an appointment to see the doctor for a follow up after my blood labs. I was put in an exam room and told to wait for doctor. I waited alone from over 45 minutes until I couldn't stand it anymore. I walked to outer office and told them I was tired of waiting and I was leaving. They didn't say anything and I just left. I have made an appointment with a new doctor.
Dr. Sood is a great doctor. He is very thorough and takes time in understanding issue and recommends appropriate treatment, tests. Wendy and all the staff members were good. Dr. Sonia Abraham is also a great doctor.
If you are looking for a doctor with incredible bedside manner and top-notch medical care, we highly recommend Dr. Rajiv Sood. My mom was his patient for nearly 20 years, and he and the entire office staff always made her feel safe and cared for. What made Dr. Sood so special to our family was how he communicated. My mom was deeply skeptical of modern medicine and prescriptions, but he never talked down to her. He met her where she was, broke things down perfectly, and treated her like an equal.
