Disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. After waiting over 3 weeks for my results, I called to have them sent to my family doctor, who had not received them. I was told nothing could be done until my doctor faxes a request...I even offered to give them their fax number as I have it handy, she declined. Also the fact that they don’t have access to the original documentation after the report is done, is concerning. The situation was handled poorly, and I was hung up on.
My step-daughter went in for an ultrasound because of severe abdominal cramps. The "doctor" found nothing, reported no issues. A month later on holiday, she saw a gynecologist (in Russia!!) who immediately found some huge endometrial polyps and she had to have half of her reproductive organs removed. Strange that the "doctor" at Advance Medical Imaging found nothing. But, since they do rush their work and don't seem to care much, I suppose it's not surprising. If your health is important, don't go there for an opinion.
