We had insurance with this agency for over 20 years, now we left them bacause of their nasty services.
We've worked with Ross, and now Andrew for a while for personal and business. Great people and company!
John Hall is our agent and he is best. He helped my fiancé and I pick a carrier and policy for our first home and with this being the first time we have had to buy homeowner’s insurance, we really relied on his knowledge and expertise. We just recently came to him in a pinch needing a special insurance policy for our wedding venue in Canada and he had us taken care of in less than a day. I would very much recommend Advance Insurance Agency and John Hall!
They will take your money quick but if you have to use the insurance they are in no hurry at all . I had to go 80 miles because they wouldn't get the police report. They said they couldn't.? Mmm first insurance agent I know of that couldn't get a accident report more like didn't, wouldn't. There is much more to this incident that gives more reason to not do business with these people. If you want an agency that will do what you pay for DO NOT come to this place !!!!
