I was at Advanced Imaging for an x-ray on 6-27-24. The first person I met was Desiree, definitely has character (In a good way). The second person I met (Both at the front desk), was Alicia. Alicia was very pleasant to speak with and very helpful to any questions I may have had. She was very knowledgeable and efficient to my needs. I would like to say THANK YOU Ladies for all the hard work you do dealing with the public.
Horrible customer service. Employees are so rude and disrespectful. They need to be trained in customer service. They don't answer their phones, and put you on hold forever. Do yourself a favor and so elsewhere.
Rude customer service person, Sarah (pale red hair). While I waited at her window to request a disc for my 83 yo Dad, (as she was on the phone) she first made a motion with her hand (that I did not understand) then told me to "go sit down," I made her "nervous to be stared at". She then proceeded to do several more tasks after hanging up from the phone call, but when Dad finally went back up to her window (after her ignoring us for 8 minutes) - she finally logged in his request for a disc - which took additional time!
I went in to Advanced Imaging today as a new patient to have an MRI and a mammogram, unaware of what I was in for. The wait was short and service was okay. The MRI went well. No worries so far. All smooth. Then it was time for my mammogram. Just to be clear, I specifically stated on my sign in paperwork that I had breast augmentation. So I assumed that the test would be an ultrasound to protect the implants from machine damage. The nurse started to do a screening with hand and machine pressure.
