Awful service, they lie and only get in contact when it suits them. Had a transfer in for a year, you never get an update or anything they just like to control you. An old member of staff is doing a satanic hand sign above another members head in a picture up in the office. Was told I was going to move up north after a hospital stay last year. Only to be lied to to get me out of hospital.

Absolutely disgraceful service and I would strongly recommend that nobody uses advance housing support. The staff are very rude and very controlling and you receive no help from them when you in despair.
Support Either don’t turn up or don’t call to say they ain’t coming even when they should or are late very rarely on time and manager when tried to call will say I’ll call you back and don’t shocked is the feeling when the manager dose call feel very let down emails sent to manger and don’t awnser
Dry rude and inconsiderate no help at all for disabled and vulnerable discrimination against disabled
