I found William from Advanced Home Renovations by accident. Initially we needed help reinsulating our entire attic and rodent proofing. I had a company come out and quote me over $5400 for it and William/his team did it for just under $4000. He will not price gouge you, he is honest, very fast with the work - and I love his team.
