We had our Evaporative Cooler replaced with Ducted Reverse Cycle Air conditioning to the whole house from the Team at Advance Heating and Cooling over Summer of 2025. From the first call to the Final Commissioning of the system the process was seamless. Great Team of Installers who approached the Project with enthusiasm and Professionalism. They took care of everything from end to end I would recommend Advance Heating and Cooling to our friends and we will use them again - Call Frank for a Quote.
I had a great experience with Advance Heating and Cooling. From the initial quote to the installation. They were punctual, did what they said they were going to do and came up with solutions to deal with a few unexpected complications. The day after there was a small leak caused by a blocked pipe. Frank respond to my email outside of business hours, gave me reassurance and the issue was fixed in a few days. Great after sales support which is rare these days.
Advance team installed our Fujitsu unit yesterday. From initial contact, quote from Frank, advice from office staff and finally, installation (Koby and mate), everything was handled professionally and most courteously. Will not hesitate to use Advance in future or recommend to family and friends.
When all other companies failed to help with a difficult replacement of our ducted heating/cooling system, the Advanced Heating and Cooling team got the job done. Excellent service from Frank and the boys on-site.
