They did a great job removing a ducted gas heater and replacing it with a reverse cycle ducted system. Very happy with the whole process and work
Very happy customer! Frank and his team were fantastic to deal with. I was in a position where my heating and cooling system had packed up and was doing some due diligence on providers to come out and fix it. The customer service experience has been first class from start to end. Frank did an onsite inspection, clearly explained everything and provided a competitive quote. The job was to install two split system air-conditioners, one in the lounge room and one in the bedroom. The two guys (sorry didn’t capture their names) who attended for installation were professional, did an amazing job, and tidied up afterwards. Highly recommend Advance Heating and Cooling and would use them again.
Frank and the team at advance heating and cooling are prompt and easy to deal with. Had a fair quote and timely installation for my split systems. The installation team used were one of the best and hayman was great with his team and went above and beyond. Good business to work with and highly recommend advanced heating and cooling.
Can’t recommend this lot enough. Frank was thorough, friendly and super speedy with getting my quote to me and the price was good. The guys who did the install were so nice and professional with what was a big full day job and put up with climbing up and down my stairs all day and my hard to access roof. Great work all around.
