1 star. I saw this office once in July and was told I owed nothing. My follow-up with Garo Terzian appointment was repeatedly rescheduled by the clinic, and I was ultimately discharged as a patient without ever being seen again. Months later, I received a bill for services I never received. The office has been unresponsive and unclear about what I’m allegedly being charged for. Excellent Clinic nice and clean. The staffs are very friendly. They take care my grandparents so well I love it 🥰.
They called themselves "advanced health medical group," and yet cannot get on board with filing disability insurance forms online which is proven to be faster and more secure for patients. They charge $100 for these forms as of July 30 2019. I spoke with the manager Armine Arzoumanian, and she couldn't give me a solid answer as to why they won't make their office more accessible to disabled people, stating only "we are a private practice so we set the rules."
