Dr Brian is ALWAYS late do not go to this doctor
Dr Christine has been my Dr for years. She is patient, understanding and takes the time to address your concerns. Yes, there is a wait. But which medical appt doesn’t have wait times? She is not the type of doctor that dismisses your concerns and rushes you out the door.
They left a 80+ year old lady with advanced Parkinson and Dementia waiting for more than 1 hour just to see the doctor for 10 minutes. When one of her carers tried to ask how much longer/how many more patients were ahead of her, he was meet with arrogance and bad attitudes.
The reception staff demonstrated professionalism through their friendly, polite, and helpful demeanor. Dr. Brian's extensive experience, profound knowledge, and professional approach were immediately apparent. He swiftly assessed my needs and provided effective solutions.
