They left a 80+ year old lady with advanced Parkinson and Dementia waiting for more than 1 hour just to see the doctor for 10 minutes. When one of her carers tried to ask how much longer/how many more patients were ahead of her, he was meet with arrogance and bad attitudes.
The reception staff demonstrated professionalism through their friendly, polite, and helpful demeanor. I don’t know why all the bad reviews for Dr Brian. I found him to be knowledgeable, caring and helpful. People love to complain about wait times until it’s their turn.
A little patience goes a long way the staff are good and doctors are great , better to call before attending to making booking or ask for wait time
Unprofessional service from reception staff and Dr Brian. The waiting time is ridiculous. My appointment was at 9am and Dr Brian didn’t arrive until 10.15am Waste of time waiting no point making an appointment at this place!!!
