I honestly don’t understand how Brian became a doctor — there seems to be a real lack of COMMON SENSE. My son had a terrible fever yesterday, and when I asked for a medical certificate, he could have easily written that my son was unwell yesterday or unfit for swimming class for a specific day but he didn’t do that. Why are you a doctor again ?
Wasting my time here
Everytime I go here it's over a 2 hour wait. 9am booking on Saturday? Dr Brian didn't even show up till 11am. What's the point in having a booking system then? If you're sick, then you're sick but your time wont be respected here. Be prepared waste hours for a 10 minute appointment.
On-site parking available. Premises has a dentist, physio and 4Cyte pathology clinic attached. As with most GP's, there's generally a long wait even if you make an appointment in advance. Pro tip: If you have the option, choose the female GP over the male GP. Also, 4Cyte have stupid, restrictive rules where you can't use two referrals from different doctors on the same day because "Medicare won't pay them", and you can't get a copy of your own results even though other pathology clinics like DHM allow this. My booking was at 9:10. By 10:23 I was told I’d still be waiting another 45 minutes because Dr Brian only just arrived. When I asked the receptionist, she said that the Dr always comes late on weekends, specifically at 10am but that he opens up bookings from 8 AM. I genuinely do not understand why bookings are open that early if Dr Brian isn’t going to come until 10am earliest on the weekends. It is such a disrespect to your patient’s time.
