The installers were thorough, competent and accomodating (as i had issues with access and they got in touch when they said they would to organise the next day). We had an incident at our Clinic at midnight on a Friday night where a large glass panel at the front of the building was smashed. After calling the 24-hour hotline, Michael, the on-call technician, phoned within minutes to discuss the situation and was onsite within 45 minutes to secure the shattered glass area. Very sloppy job, breaking fine glass into the house and it’s not cheap. Cost over $250 to replace ordinary window. I strongly recommend NOT to use this company.
we started dealing with Advance Glass after a GIO thru Obriens glass as Advance . We had a very hard replacement as a sleeper wall had collapsed into a sliding door at the back of our home. Advance arrived on time too quote an passed back it thru the system .Advised by Advance office when they would be coming to replace.
