Joel came out and fixed my problem with the fireplace. I had 2 other people out only to continue to ignition problems. But Joel knows his business and solved the problem. The price he charged was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Advance Gas Fireplace Repair.
Charlie was amazing and we used him many times. However, the company has been awful since Joel took over. We tried contacting them many times, with no response, and we have finally set up an appointment with Joel yesterday. My husband took off work to meet him. He was as no show and wouldn't respond to texts and calls. Don't waste your time with this company.
I tried 4 times this past week to call Advance Gas Fireplace repair, no answer and no message. Not a good sign. I will call another company.
