The facility offers great training options, including a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. My only suggestion is to replace the old gym equipment with newer ones to enhance the service. This gym has been nothing but supportive since joining, they structure routine / workouts around you if that’s what you need help with or even help guide you around your injuries and that’s where I found I needed the help as other gyms couldn’t help provide that support and care for me! If You want a gym that check in and want to know how your week has been then this is the gym for you!
