I waited for three hours after he said an email would be sent to me within a few minutes. Called back and was told oh I’ll enter it manually and you should get an email shortly but still, nothing. Tried to log in on the website but it wouldn’t let me and it isn’t sending an email to reset my password. After trying that a few times, I was eventually locked out of the website.
