My whole family goes to Dr Z and we have had great experiences including a dental implant repair. The entire practice from the front desk on through is professional, pleasant and the cleansings and actual procedures were the best we've had. Since we moved out of state, we fly back whenever we can for our dental care.
I had tooth pain over the weekend. The office called me back multiple times to help me. They even opened early to see me on Monday am. Very fantastic staff. Thank You
Came to see him for a second opinion on getting a root canal since he advertises using laser to kill bacteria. By the time I came to see him My tooth pain was zero (thanks to oregano oil!), he kept BANGING on the infected tooth “still no pain?! How about now?!” And proceeded to bang. Why did he need to cause me pain to convince me of getting a root canal? Anyways the guy is an assh****, ignored my questions, and tried to sell me more “treatment.” I left. Completely ignored my complaints about discomfort, have had 4 broken porcelain/ composite crowns break in less than 2 yrs out after treatment! What a sham! Have to pay another prosthodontist to fix the work that should have been done correctly in the 1st place!
terrible dentist office. Worst patient care I have ever had. Completely ignored my complaints and my pain. Made me feel like I was crazy. Told me it was just me and my body. LIES!! I went to another dentist and I ended up having a dry socket that they somehow missed!! I ended up having urgent care bills and emergency room bills all because my dentist blew me off and didn't take me seriously!
