Mixed review... I have lived here for 2 years and have mixed feelings about this company. I barely fill one can per week and pay the same as some neighbors who use 3-4 full cans. I pay my bill, but once I didn't receive it and just like another reviewer, I was harassed and sent a letter from a collection agency and lawyer for being 5 days late! It's ridiculous! Online bill pay Ever try to log on to pay your bill online? I tried. They asked for my account number. I put in exactly what was on my statement and the site kept telling me to reenter it. I guess I am not permitted to pay my bill online. Hope you have better luck than me.

Pay Your Bills I don??t know where you have lived before, but it doesn??t sound like trash service is your only problem (pay your bills). Hesperia offers the best and lowest priced trash service in the high desert and maybe in the county. I use to have to pay for each trashcan I used and if I had more trash from cleaning my yard I had to rent a dumpster or pay for extra trashcans even if it was all just weeds and branches. Is there a negative star rating? I dont know how old that first reveiw is but the citizens of Hesperia are forced to pay for trash service whether you have trash or not. You can not use your own trash cans you must use theirs.If your late paying your bill they harrass you by calling your house numerous times threatening to take your cars and warning you that "you need to get a babysitter because your going to jail" I think you know who did that ...Michelle. Good Trash Service Trash pickup is one of those necessities of life, and Advance Disposal definitely serves the purpose. Pickup times are very consistent, and holidays are announced on each monthly bill. You can use your own cans or lease a larger wheeled one. Dumpsters are also available for those heavy-duty cleanup jobs.
