Every thing they did was professional.They answered all my questioning
Would not even give them 1 star. Scheduled my consult but never followed back up almost 1 month later from my initial consult. Staff are very rude over the phone. I called to inquire about the wait in scheduling the sleep study and staff cut me off mid sentence with a rude attitude, but I quickly corrected her. Don’t waste your time with this business.
If I could give zero I would. This is hands down the most unprofessional office i have ever interacted with. The receptionist are nothing but rude and miserable. I call after not receiving results past 30 days and am hit with attitude on top of magically they are ready today and lets get you scheduled this place is a joke. A literal joke of a company and medical provider you get a referral here beg and plead to go else where.
If I could give zero stars, I would. They will give you the run around for months trying to obtain your medical records.
I never leave reviews but save yourself the time and go elsewhere. I had a study done awhile back and the results were somehow “lost” and sent to a third party salvage company for retrieval. I was never notified until three-four months after the fact. They did offer to reschedule for free but I’m not going through this nightmare again
