Best experience ever!!!! I’m extremely picky about getting my carpets cleaned. I was so impressed with their work and how nice they both were!! I highly recommend them!
I received a marketing text. I responded a period of time later asking for a quote when I was told I’d receive contact from an employee to obtain the quote. Never heard anything then I text at least a month later stating I never received contact. Not once did anyone recognize the lack of customer service when I contacted the second time about the quote I never received a month earlier. I won’t utilize this company due to poor lack of customer service. Be kind & doing right by customers or potential goes a long way.
We were so impressed with how our sectional looked after it was cleaned. They were very responsive from the first time I reached out with questions. Wonderful local business that I am happy to support. I will be using them again. The two sons working for the business were friendly and professional.
Josh & his brother did an awesome job with my pet stained carpet! I'm so pleased!
