I brought in a jacket for cleaning (which has sat in storage for some time), the guy behind the counter (white haired elderly man) warned me that he may not be able to do much on lettering on the arms of the jacket, and I said as long as he can do the rest of it, it will be fine. I came to pick it up, and the same man requested payment upfront, which raised a red flag in my head. I am a long time Lake City resident and being a businessman in the area I try to also support the local businesses. I went by Advance Cleaners today like I have the past few months every 2-3 weeks or so. When I pointed out stains that were still on a sleeve cuff on a recently picked up uniform, I was in for a rude surprise. The coat was a brand new white lab coat and this was its first cleaning.
