My family and I have been coming here since the store opened 25 years ago to purchase our traditional Chinese herbs and receive information on natural alternatives. This is a local institution and great family business. Five stars!

Fast service, provided clear information on the products that I was looking for.
This is for zero stars (have to select a star minimum) from phone inquiry - refused to provide me any information on the product I was after. Moxa (artemisia vulgaris). Said I had to come into the shop, would not provide prices, size, quantities or age of product, only that he had it and he would not tell me anything. Very disappointing for a community I am proud of.
