Very unprofessional and dishonest! My family paid more the $300,000 to this company for in-home caregiving services for my father. After my father passed away, this firm attempted to retain the deposit, even going as far as presenting a phony invoice in attempt to convince us that the deposit had been refunded, requiring us to dig through 2 year old credit card bills to prove that the deposit had not been refunded. I work in the healthcare of surrounding Sacramento area. I had the opportunity to meet one of advanced care for senior caregivers working in the field. The particular caregiver was so compassionate and caring for his patient. The family trusted him fully and he felt he was apart of there family. I want to reccomend them to many of my other patients.
