Stephanie (part owner) is the most unhelpful, unresponsive "building professional" we have ever worked with and we have done numerous builds. If she is out - she does nothing to enable anyone else in her shop to help. It took almost 4 weeks to place the cabinet order due to her being out of the office and her lack of follow up. Advanced is happy to take a 50% deposit, but has no concern about on time delivery or the quality of the partial product when it finally shows up 2 months late.
