Wonderful people & affordable services! I drove 2 hours to buy a used car and got the pre-purchase inspection done here. They treated me like family from the second I walked in, and were so honest & up front about the car and everything they found during the inspection. I wish I lived closer so I could take my cars here regularly! Highly recommend!
THE BEST AUTO SHOP IN INDY!! I had a horrible experience at CarX and left crying. Paula answered the phone and immediately made me feel like family. They looked at my car the same day, fixed the issues that the other car shop said they couldn’t fix, and gave me hands down the best customer service anyone could ask for. I will never go anywhere but ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE!!! The customer service alone was the best i’ve ever experienced.
We have used Advance Automotive for years. The customer service is top notch. Anna has always been sweet to deal with and does an excellent job helping us out. Advance has always been honest with us when we need to take care of something right away, can hold off on a repair for a little bit, or if we really don't need to worry about it being repaired at all.
