My first time coming into this store, no one asked if I needed assistance with anything. When I finally found what I needed, Matt was not welcoming at all. I stood there waiting for him to finish whatever he was doing on his phone. Not a word was spoken during the entire interaction with him. Very unwelcoming. You can get parts cheaper and better quality at O'Reilly's. Customer service is much better at O'Reilly's as well.
Tim was extremely help to me. I had to get my battery changed and he did it right when we came in for his shift and assisted me with no issues. Amazing customer service!!
