Terrible customer experience today while trying to return or exchange a bad battery bought from Advance. Was told the person who would have to process the exchange wouldn’t be there until 2. When asked if we could try calling that person I was told they had already tried to be contacted and did not answer. Neither of the persons working seemed to care at all. Only positive experience was the confirmed my battery was in fact bad so I guess one star is acceptable.
