Tried to return a part that I bought that was wrong and they wouldn't return it because of it being electrical... I JUST WALKED OUT THE DOOR WITH IT HOW CAN YOU NOT TAKE IT BACK
I can't say enough about how wonderful Allora, the General Manager, was during my experience. I have an ignition interlock device, and honestly, my experience with it hasn't always been the best. I had a broken windshield wiper blade and needed to replace both. David at the kenneth rd location helped me in the pouring rain and we still couldnt get the blade on. He recommended going home and using pliers to open the arm up... with ease it did. My wiper blades are now installed with the help of David. This store needs to commend this young gentleman because not too many are like him in customer service.
