Shout out to Ms. Carrie(she told me how to spell it and I forgot) she helped me figure out my battery problem when O'Reilly told me it was fine. Yes I do have to get a new battery but I officially know the issue and not stressing about it. Thank you for having great employees.!

Wonderful people! I was traveling across the country with my kids and I had a bad battery. They took the time to test not only my battery but my alternator and my starter. Installed my battery for me, and retested it to make sure that I was going to be safe on the road. If I’m ever in Alabama again, I will definitely be coming in to say hello.
