Get better Management in the stores and give the people that deserve the General Manager the position. Also give the employees better pay and they may work harder and give better customer service. Also when someone quiets write a paper out for them saying they no longer work there instead of giving them a run around about it and learn how to put it in the system they no longer work there. I don't recommend this company for careers or parts they are a sorry company. And only have a few good employees.
I just want to say a great big THANK YOU to Steven who works at the south 321 store. He went above and beyond to help out when I really needed it. I cant tell you enough how much I appreciate you pressing the pully to my jeep so it could be fixed and I could get back to the hospital to my husband who is in CCU. You sir are a wonderful person and I thank you so much.
They we're helpful and very nice .They helped me find what I needed .. And didn't take all day doing so.
Excellent customer service. Courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable.
