Drivers plz avoid this place at all costs. Their receiving department told us if we made it before 2am would get unloadeded without a problem especially after a late pick up in Florida, got there around midnight, they refused to unload us and had to reschedule us the following night where I ended up losing a day. Daytime receiving staff very rude and unprofessional.
came before appt time and ask to come back tomorrow and I get there next day and asked again to come back later nooon so AVOID THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!! NO one helped and rude guy at the gate
Had a 9am live unload appointment. Showed up around 8:15am. Staff is nice. After docking, checked into receiving office located at door # 57. You got two choices either disconnect from trailer or wait in drivers lounge. Unloaded and departed within less than an hour. Just follow the rules and you’ll be on your way in no time.
