I don't know whats all the good reviews are about. The security guard is really nice, but the facility doesn't have any management. I had 5 pm. appointment, came 2 hours early, and they had the security to ask me to move around and come back exactly on my appointment time. Im here on my appointment time now and waiting on their gate for the past 1 hour for the door. There were 2 trucks ahead of me, and they are unloaded and already left facility, and they have all the doors open now. Stupid people want us drivers to come by ... read more

Appointment only. Do not be late. Also it’s in the EASTERN time zone not Central. Older building warehouse. Lots of room to move around. However there are small potholes everywhere. Very fast unloading though.

Right off the highway. Super nice staff. Got me in 24 hrs early. But they don't start unloads til 5pm. They would rather you stick to appointment time. I was just lucky.
