Whoever I spoke with earlier needs an attitude adjustment, I called to ask about a battery and if it can be replaced in addition to cost etc the lady on the phone said she did not know how and I would have to call later in which I was puzzled with that response so I questioned why she did not know ( I was not being rude to her I was just surprised at the response) she then snapped and said I mean I been working here for only 15 days so of course I would not know.
