I brought my battery in because I thought it was bad the manager tested it and told me it was good and gave me great advice on what to do to check on potential issues I put the battery back in made sure my connections were tight and to have me come back in if the problem persisted and he would test my alternator I found out it was the terminal that would get tight on the screw but not on the battery all the way he got me a terminal cap I think and it fixed car starts now and runs perfect if I would've gone to a shop im sure ... read more
A woman tried to help us and an older guy tried to take over for her then they were arguing over who was going to help us a scragley bearded dude stepped in and helped us and actually gave us great service he was very knowledgeable about how to find the capacity of girlfriends engine he for us what we needed with a smile and gave us a great deal it would've costed us more to buy 3 individual small bottles of oil than to buy one big one that had more oil in
Went in and talked with the store manager about a battery for my car. I was very specific but thought he helped me out. I was very surprised to find out he had sold me the wrong size battey upon trying to install it. Took it back in and not only did he NOT replace it with the correct battery he took absolutely no responsibily for selling me the incorrect product. Asked if there is anything we could do to resolve this and he told me to take a hike. Shop here at your own risk!
Bashing a 7 year old for wearing a John Deere shirt?! Absolutely absurd. Not one penny of mine will ever go to Advance Auto Parts. You lost customers because you wanted to throw politics at a kid. Get a life!
