Advance is too reluctant to accept returns or exchanges despite selling inferior goods. They quote some abusive company policy and steal your money even if the item is still boxed and you have the original receipt. They just robbed me $60. Shame, shame, shame
These ladies are too cute to be dealing under the hoods of cars- they afraid they may break a nail!
Joe the manager was rude and arrogant. Caused a simple transaction to take longer and refused to listen. He preferred to hide in the back behind the shelves then try to resolve the situation. The only reason I rated a 3 was because the other associate was nice and helpful, despite his manager.
