They could improve by learning how to deal with customers. i buy parts in there all the time. The last 2 parts i have bought from them have been the wrong parts. Then when i take them back the guy in there wants to give me attitude and tell me i ordered the wrong parts well I wasnt in control of his fingers on the keyboard, was I? All I did was tell him what i needed.
