I love the customer service at this Advanced Auto Parts. Dave and Myron were so helpful and accommodating. When I couldn’t reach the windshield washer fluid in my tall van, they assisted by getting me a stool. I will definitely be back. God bless y’all!
Came in for a battery change out. I hate that I didn't get the gentleman's name but he was super helpful and had me on my way in 15 minutes with a new battery installed. Even made sure to put a device on to hold the charge from the cab so that all the computer settings wouldn't go away when the battery was removed. Great experience, unlike Autozone up the road the night before who said they didn't have time with 15 minutes before they closed to handle it. Will take my business to Advance from now on.
We went in for parts for 2 cars, and received the BEST service from both Jacob & Nicole (or maybe Stephanie). I hope I got the female's name right, but she has a nose ring :-)!! I was having a rough day, and they both were so very patient and understanding. They truly made my day!! Thanks for your excellent customer service.
