I went in to exchange a battery that went bad and was within the 3 year warranty. The lady working confirmed it was bad. She then refunded my MONEY TO A CARD I NO LONGER HAD. I still had to pay for the new battery and three months later, several phone calls asking to speak to the general manager (who never once returned my call) finally got corporate to fix it. just purchase a alternator from this store yesterday and they had a ship it in today I went in and the guy tried charging me another $12 and when I brought it to his attention that I already paid he tried saying I was getting a attitude and started a scene for no reason he should be fired
I used to come in all the time but ever since you got rid of the old timers that actually know something about car's and parts , the customer service and knowledge is long gone. Also the parts and pricing has gone to shit . get rid of the dipshits.
