Staff is always courteous and helpful. They always go above and beyond what's required of them. I won't shop at another store.
Employees are always lost as can be. Very slow, no idea where anything is or what to do. Online orders are never pulled, even hours after placing the order. When you arrive you’ll wait 10 minutes to be helped, then they’ll start the process of figuring out how to pull your order….insane lack of service. Awful.
been stopping by here a few times, getting things for me and girlfriends car. decided to grab a brake line for a 73 duster. Joe C. (cashier in the receipt) knew exactly what i was looking for and double checked down to thread size. amazing speedy service 10/10 was out of there in 65 seconds . been to a lot of auto stores and worked at a few there are some great people working here give this guy a raise. he knows what he’s doing
The manager is wonderful. He helped me with a new battery and windshield wipers. I will be back!
