I went to FIVE different stores trying to return a $200 product, and none of them processed the refund. I’m within the 45-day return policy, I have the receipt, and the product was NEW and still sealed—never opened. Still, every store gave the same excuse: “we don’t have cash.” They even told me to go to the original store because “they would have cash there.” I went—and they didn’t have cash either.
