Some hopefully constructive feedback. While picking up some heavy parts this morning, the fellow “helping” stood vaping and watched while the customer loaded them into the car, and criticized his female coworker. Probably for asking him to work.
Called them on the phone and told them I was coming in right at the edge of closing. He said no problem. Then when I got there they had locked the door and sung a different song about how they close at 9 blah blah blah. They could have told me they couldn’t help me either the parts I HAD ALREADY ORDERED ONLINE. Horrible customer service! Don’t go here!
Staff is always courteous and helpful. They always go above and beyond what's required of them. I won't shop at another store.
Employees are always lost as can be. Very slow, no idea where anything is or what to do. Online orders are never pulled, even hours after placing the order. When you arrive you’ll wait 10 minutes to be helped, then they’ll start the process of figuring out how to pull your order….insane lack of service. Awful.
