Lost my bolt for my shifter on my ninja, didnt know the size or anything. It was a sunday. A gentleman aptly named Tim serviced me at the counter. He went as far as searching on NINJA forums and kawasaki's website to find the bolt size for me. He was successful. That kind of customer service is unheard of anymore, and im very appreciative of his help. Thanks Tim. -Tim
