Shelly was extremely helpful for my company equipped power rentals. Super happy with my experience. Team was cool too!
My car died in the parking lot across the street from this store with no warning. Got the battery out and walked over to get tested. Battery fine. Figured I would have to get the car towed to the shop. Chelly mentioned that if I can get the starter over to them, she can have it bench tested and know how best to move forward from there. I got it to them, where John helped to test it, and it was bad. Got a new starter ordered and fast-tracked to them by 4 pm that afternoon. Put the new starter in and drove home that evening.
